Nick got drunk tonight... very drunk. He was depressed, so he sloshed down most of a bottle of whiskey by himself. Heck, though, he's a 200lb werewolf for goodness sakes, he can take it! Also, he needed an excuse to spill his guts to Zion about how he mauled his old girlfriend so badly that she had to get so much reconstructive surgery that Nick barely recognized her when he saw her again! And THEN because of the trauma that the experience caused, he fears both his wolf nature and getting close to someone like that again! Oh the drama! So, yeah, naturally I had to have an excuse to put it in! That's a slow day for them... Most of the time they are being attacked by unseen demons and chased by vampires.

Me? Hrm... I went to breakfast... saw Shrek 3... wrote my book... listened to some music... yeah...

I guess that's something to be thankful for this thanksgiving week: My life isn't half as exciting as my character's lives.
